Jamie Fairbanks has lived in Champaign for over 30 years and us a graduate of the University of Illinois. His his knowledge of the area and its real estate market is extensive. His hobbies include golf, landscaping, and spending time with his family.
Yolanda Fairbanks

Yolanda Fairbanks was born and raised in Spain. Fluent in 3 languages, she moved to the United States after graduating to further her education. She became a fully licensed real estate agent in 2006 and has helped many of our former tenants realize the dream of home ownership. She has full access to the MLS system and is very current on market trends. Jamie and Yolanda have been married over 20 years and have 5 beautiful children!
